Terms of Service

BROKERVOX.COM by DIBS FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LLC (the “Platform”) is operated by DIBS FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform.

1. Platform operator

The Platform is provided by DIBS FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LLC. Special purpose vehicles (SPVs) formed through the SPV Factory are sponsored by DIBS FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LLC unless another sponsor is explicitly named on the vehicle record.

2. Service description

BROKERVOX.COM provides escrow infrastructure, freight risk operations, voice-assisted dispatch tools, and SPV formation and management software. We are a technology platform, not a bank, carrier, broker, or licensed escrow agent in every jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You must have the legal authority to bind any organization you represent.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Fees for freight seats, SPV formation, tender credits and other services are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card details.

5. SPV and investment risk

SPVs are separate legal structures. Formation through the Platform does not constitute an offer to sell securities or investment advice. Capital committed to an SPV is at risk and subject to the governing documents of that vehicle.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, or to transmit harmful code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIBS FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
